Individual Therapy

Migrating my clinical practice on-line in 2020, I maintained the belief that successful treatment rests in the strength of the therapeutic alliance. Based on connection, collaboration, mutual respect, and the therapist’s empathetic and compassionate stance, the therapeutic alliance is the foundation for my individual relationship with each client.  Integrating traditional talk therapy, the teachings of mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy, my approach is born of each person’s needs and desires.

People seek therapy for various reasons. I support clients to:
